1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to coordinate your consultation:

  • Full name — to verify your identity for the appointment
  • Phone number — to confirm your booking
  • Email (if provided) — to send appointment confirmations
  • Procedure of interest — to coordinate the right specialist surgeon
  • Notes (if provided) — information you voluntarily share

We do not collect: date of birth, national ID number, insurance number, medical records, or any information not required for booking.

3. How we use your data

  • Confirm and coordinate your consultation
  • Send appointment reminders and preparation instructions
  • Send email confirmations (if you provide an email address)

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you separately opt in.

4. Legal basis

Data processing is performed based on your consent (the checkbox in the booking form), in accordance with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.

5. Storage and security

  • Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
  • Data is transmitted over end-to-end encrypted TLS 1.3
  • Booking data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted unless transferred into a formal medical record
  • Staff access to data is limited to what is necessary for their role

6. Data sharing

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties outside the following purposes:

  • Provided to the specialist surgeon handling your appointment
  • Internal CRM system for appointment management (under a data-protection agreement with the vendor)
  • Government authorities when required by law

7. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP, you have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectify: request correction of inaccurate information
  • Erase: request deletion of your data to the extent permitted by law
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal)

8. Cookies & analytics

This website uses technical cookies essential to basic functionality. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party tracking tools by default. If you consent to anonymous analytics, we use a privacy-first solution (Plausible or equivalent — no IP logging, no tracking cookies).
